Welcome to the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders' (GBAHB) 57th annual Parade of Homes presented by Alagasco. The 2013 Parade will more than 80 new homes on tour across the Greater Birmingham area.

This event has been nationally recognized as an award-winning event hosting thousands of visitors who search for the latest in innovative building and decorating trends. The GBAHB is comprised of developers, general and specialty contractors, suppliers and associates. Our members and their dedication make each and every Parade of Homes a special event.

The GBAHB will present the 2nd Annual Ideal Home during the 2013 Parade of Homes. The Ideal Home, a showcase house with the latest in smart-home design, decor and sustainability, will be located in The Preserve in Hoover and built by Byrom Building Corporation. The home will be open during regular Parade of Homes.

Homes will range from 1,000 - to over 4,000 square feet. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking for luxury in a move-up, someone scaling down, or if you are looking for a remodeling contractor, this event will provide something for everyone.
